This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, shared and protected when professional buyers, suppliers, representatives and other visitors use the Original Biskra Dates website or contact us about products, samples, quotations, private-label projects or possible orders.

EURL TCHEK SIM EXPORT is the legal Algerian exporter. Commercial enquiries submitted through this website may be managed by an authorised representative in Finland on behalf of the exporter. For the purposes of this policy, references to “Original Biskra Dates”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the controller and the people authorised to handle enquiries on its behalf.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal data processed through this website, quotation and sample forms, email, telephone communications and follow-up discussions connected with the Original Biskra Dates business. The exporter is located in Algeria and enquiries may be handled in Finland. Some technology, email, hosting, logistics or professional-service providers may also process information in countries outside the European Economic Area.
Where the GDPR applies to a transfer outside the EEA, we seek to use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, approved Standard Contractual Clauses or another permitted safeguard, and to apply supplementary security measures where appropriate. The practical safeguards depend on the providers and route used for the particular enquiry or order.
